Back to school is here and fall high school and college sports are starting up. It has been a fabulous summer in our region. Our weather, events and activities have been spectacular and the upcoming Fall Season promises to not disappoint us.
Our Chamber Office is already getting inquiries about dates for Breezeway Fall Color Cruises, Fall Fest and Paddle Antrim. The 15th Annual Breezeway Fall Color Tour Cruises will be held Saturday, Sept. 30, Sat. October 7 and Sat. Oct 14. Enjoy the C-48 Breezeway at your own pace and choose your own adventure – farm markets, resale shops, dining experiences, Boyne Mt. Sky Bridge or chairlift ride, art galleries, hiking, Jordan Art Walk, etc. There is SOMETHING for everyone! Pick up your goodie bag at Royal Farms in Atwood between 10:00 AM and noon on those three dates and have fun!
East Jordan’s popular Fall Fest will be held on Saturday, September 30th at the East Jordan Tourist Park located on the beautiful South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. Music, beer fest, food trucks, hayrides, games, contests for all ages to enjoy. While exploring the Breezeway Communities of East Jordan, Atwood and Ellsworth be sure to check out the amazing “scarecrows” and fall displays. This year’s theme is “Welcome to the Big Top” (Circus) for the scarecrows.
